Project Description: West Hanover Township (owner), Dauphin County, is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Sleepy Hollow and Moyer Road Culvert Replacements. Bids for the construction of the project will be received online until 11:00 A.M., local time, on Thursday,
November 19, 2026. At that time, the bids received will be opened and results posted shortly thereafter on PennBID. The Project includes the following work:
Removal and replacement of 5 culverts along Sleepy Hollow Rd and Moyer Rd including pipe of various diameters, headwalls, end walls, riprap aprons, and slope stabilization.
