Project Description: Lancaster Township will receive bids for their Wabank Road Municipal Campus project via the PennBid Program until 11:00AM on Wednesday, November 4. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be made publicly available via PennBid after the bid opening. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at no cost on https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Click on the "View Opportunity" button to access the project. Interested bidders need to register on PennBid. Once registered, bidders can obtain all project documents and submit and update their bids online. Only those questions submitted online via the “Ask A Question” feature in PennBid shall be considered. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday October 26 at 10am. Questions received after 11:00AM on Thursday October 29 will not be acknowledged. All bidders are required to review proposed project with Municipality’s Representative prior to bidding. Lancaster Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
