Project Description: The project will be the interior renovation of City of Harrisburg Bureau of Fire Station #1, 1820 North 6th Street and Station #2 140 North 16th Street, Harrisburg, PA
The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the bunk room, restroom/showers and two offices at both stations.
An overview of the proposed work includes but not limited to: partitions, doors, interior glazed openings, architectural built-in casework, painting, plumbing fixtures, domestic water and sanitary waste distribution, and connection to existing systems, redistribution of existing HVAC, electrical service redistribution and connection to existing system and interior lighting.
Partial Owner Occupancy: Owner will occupy the premises during entire construction period, with the exception of areas under construction.
