Edmond Public Works Authority is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:  Coffee Creek Water Resources Recovery Facility (CCWRRF) Clarifier Rehabilitation and Filter Splitter Box Improvements SS24-00007

This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Coffee Creek Water Resources Recovery Facility (CCWRRF) Clarifier Rehabilitation and Filter Splitter Box Improvements. This project is not subject to tax-exempt status.

Sealed bids will be electronically received by the Purchasing Manager for the City of Edmond, Oklahoma, online via the City’s online bidding system by the close date and time stated above. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the office of the Purchasing Manager, 22 East Main Street, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034. Bids will be publicly available online at the time of opening.

The City of Edmond Purchasing Department is the only authorized source of bid documents. Documents obtained from any other source may be incomplete. All bids shall be submitted using the online bidding system.

Responders are required to register as a supplier at https://edmondok.ionwave.net/ to bid and enable receipt of any necessary addenda or correspondence.

Facsimile or e-mail responses will not be accepted. Any proposals submitted AFTER the time set for the receipt of proposals WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Following the pre-bid conference, a site visit will be held on the same day immediately after the pre-bid meeting at the location.
