The gate was subsequently raised and secured in the fully upright position using temporary stiff-knee supports. The failed cylinder was removed. The city has procured a replacement hydraulic cylinder and associated pins, which will be delivered to the project site for installation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, rigging, lifting devices, jacks, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described herein. |
