The Davidson County Public Library is requesting proposals for the supply, installation, training, associated services, and warranties for a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system for circulation, cataloging, and collection management by an experienced leader in the industry. The Contract shall cover the period TBD, upon mutual agreement.

The Davidson County Public Library serves approximately 180,000 residents of the county and surrounding area.

Sealed Proposals subject to the conditions made a part hereof will be received until 2:00 p.m., on September 1, 2026 for furnishing services described herein.  In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this opening will take place on the next business day.
