The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with Innovasea for VPS data processing of already existing equipment of array and receivers in the invasive carp project. MN DNR has deemed this a single source due to the already existing equipment being and date that has already been collected through this project. No other company can act on behalf of Innovasea for this data processing.
