The City of Bangor requests bids for one (1) single axle cab and chassis with Plow equipment and Clam Hoist Dump Body. The completed unit will be used for construction work and plowing snow. The City does prefer a current model year, but will consider alternate bids for the purchase of unsold previous-year model if it meets or exceeds the requested specifications.
In order to expedite the assembly and delivery of this equipment, the City will accept an "off the lot" cab & chassis that complies with the bid specifications for axle, suspension, frame, and body strength.
