The Town of Acton, Massachusetts, Office of the Town Manager, will receive bids for resurfacing three trails at the Acton Arboretum, located at 2 Taylor Road, Acton, MA.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended, and subject to all applicable bidding laws thereto.

A mandatory walkthrough of the property will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM on site at the Acton Arboretum, 2 Taylor Road, Acton MA.

A formal response will be included in an addendum that will be submitted to all contractors that received the IFB by Friday, October 2, 2026.

Minimum wage rates shall be paid as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries and the weekly payroll record submittal requirements under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 through 27H inclusive.
