The Kentucky Post Critical Incident Seminar (KYPCIS) holds seven (8) seminars in Lexington, Kentucky throughout the fiscal year: In 2026, the dates will be August, September and December. For 2027, the dates will be January, February, March, May, and June. This request is looking for caterers to feed staff and participants through the scheduled seminar period. Please see the attached price matrix for details.
This will be an all inclusive contract for the Fiscal Year of 2027. Each seminar shall not exceed $12,500.00 Caterer will feed up to 85 individuals daily. Including lunch, dinner, snacks, all paper products, water and teals. |
