The existing 12' wide alley and approaches will be removed and replaced with a 12' wide concrete alley, new concrete approaches at McKinnie Ave & Baxter St, 5' concrete sidewalk along McKinnie Ave, and residential drive approaches where needed. Minor stormwater adjustments along with curb and parkstrip restoration are included with this project as well. |
