CLARKE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Clarke County School District (¿CCSD or District¿) is inviting bids for qualified contractors to provide INDUSTRIAL FLOOR CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND CHARGING STATIONS for Custodial Operations. Bids will be received by the Clarke County School District in the Office of Purchasing & Contracts, 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, until 11:00 AM (EDT) on AUGUST 14, 2026. Bids shall be submitted via email.
A list of names of firms providing bids may be obtained from Current Bid Tabulations and Awards after the bid due date and time stated herein. A tabulation of vendors may be obtained upon award.
Bid documents may be obtained by email from Veronica Jackson, Clarke County School District, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, email jacksonv@clarke.k12.ga.us. Subject of email to read IFB# 26-0814, INDUSTRIAL FLOOR CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND CHARGING STATIONS (CUSTODIAL OPERATIONS). Bidders are cautioned not to acquire documents from alternate means as CCSD will not be responsible for accuracy of information including but not limited to addenda and clarifications.
The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Invitation for Bid and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
