The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to competitively procure an independent, third-party provider with demonstrated experience in correctional intelligence and technology solutions. The provider will design, implement, and support a statewide integrative corrections intelligence platform to combat Contraband cell phones, criminal activity, and related security challenges within and originating from State operated Correctional Institutions.
