The St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured dealers, contractors, or installers (“Seller”) for the purchase, delivery, setup, and turnkey installation of one double-wide manufactured/mobile home (“Home”). The Home shall be a new three-bedroom, two-bath double-wide manufactured/mobile home, approximately 1,280 square feet, plus or minus ten percent. The estimated budget for this project is $100,000. All Work must be completed no later than September 25, 2026.

Interested and qualified Respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals must address all elements of the Scope of Work and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
