Purpose and Project Overview
The Suwanee River Water Management District (District) is soliciting proposals for a software
solution to modernize and automate the end-to-end lifecycle of land assets, from initial
acquisition applications to long-term stewardship to disposition. This project aims to replace
manual processes with a centralized system capable of handling electronic submissions,
complex workflow approvals, personnel task assignment tracking, and data-driven land
management planning, management of ownership, lease agreements, and reporting. The
solution must integrate with ESRI GIS technologies. Reduce manual task time by 40% and
enable real-time geospatial visualization.
