The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to procure a used tractor truck (GVWR 80,000 LBS) with a Cummins engine affixed with a PTO for a wet line kit for the vacuum trailer , in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
