IFB No. 131332 Replace Roll Up Doors, Santa Ana Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace and install three (3) end of life cycle Roll Up Doors at the Santa Ana Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include IFB No. 131332, Replace Roll Up Doors and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 8/6/2026, at 10:00 AM at Santa Ana Armory, 312 East Warner Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92707. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 8/13/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 131332.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 8/27/2026 at 2:15 PM.
