The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and engage a qualified firm with demonstrated expertise in higher education athletics financial reporting and NCAA Agreed-Upon Procedures engagements. The selected provider shall perform agreed-upon procedures on the Athletics Department Statement of Revenues and Expenses in accordance with NCAA Bylaw 20.2.4.18 and the current NCAA Agreed-Upon Procedures Guidelines.
