Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, permits, fees, and incidentals necessary to perform antenna lowering and relocation, and installation and disposal of above-ground fuel tanks in Kern and Mono Counties.
Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).

The prime Contractor must hold the Class A General Engineering Contractor License or Class B General Building Contractor license. A subcontractor can be utilized for specialty work and shall hold the appropriate corresponding license.
