Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide site preparation, seeding, planting, watering, weeding and plant protection services for the American River Parkway habitat restoration project to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The services shall be performed at two (2) restoration sites, Restoration Site 1 (0.05 acres) and Restoration Site 3 (1.45 acres), for a total project area of 1.5 acres. The project is located within the American River Parkway in Sacramento County, California, along State Route 51 from Post Mile (PM) 2.0 to 3.5, identified on Attachment A, Project Vicinity Map and Attachment B, Map of
Restoration Sites.

complete description of services.
