The Secretary of State, hereinafter referred to as SOS or the State, seeks to retain a systems integration contractor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a solution for the Notary Automation Project 2.0 NAP 2.0 Project.
The Legacy NAP System is approximately 30 years old and utilizes a Power Builder application coupled with an Oracle database.
The new solution will replace Californias current Legacy NAP System and ancillary data sources. The cloud-based NAP 2.0 Solution, herein referred to as NAP 2.0 Solution which includes the new NAP 2.0 System, will be planned, developed, tested, and deployed in a phased approach.
