- The City will accept alternate proposals for any item noted in this RFQ. If an alternate part is submitted you must note the Proposed Alternate Manufacture Part Number, Pricing, and Lead Time. You must submit a Data Sheet for any proposed alternate. If a data sheet is not submitted for a proposed alternate with this Request for Quotation the item will not be evaluated.
