Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the construction of Central Landfill Household Hazardous Waste Building at 9470 East Chanlyut Circle in Palmer, Alaska.
Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough’s Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
