The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide on-call professional services on an as-needed basis in support of all the City of Casa Grande Departments. This list shall include General Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Survey Services, and Material Testing in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Interested Consultants/Firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) detailing capabilities and experience in one or more of the categories listed in the RFQ.

Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading a complete packet below.

All responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on October 20, 2026, to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.
