This Request for Proposal "RFP" has been issued by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority "LRWRA" to obtain proposals and pricing from qualified vendors with proven experience to perform janitorial services at the Clearwater Administrative Building and the Clearwater Maintenance Complex.
