The proposed contract action is for the provision of new H540 Tube Sets Neoprene Hypalon 1670 DTX Fabric Air Holdings (Zodiac Milpro Sponsons) to be manufactured and delivered to the United States Naval Academy in accordance with the Supply Specifications under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
