Project Title: SUP Television Monitors, JBPHH-HI

This written Request for Quote (RFQ) is for commercial Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 334310, “Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing” with a size standard of Number of Employees - 750.

Please see the attached SF 1449 and Purchase Description for contract line item numbers (CLINs), Delivery dates, provisions and clauses applicable to this requirement, and other supplemental information to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete the following blocks on page one (1) of SF 1449: 12. Discount Terms; 17a. Contractor/Offeror (CAGE code); and blocks 30a through 30c. solicitation. Provide pricing on page three (3).

All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of offer submission and contract award.

Quotes are due NLT 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. Use the solicitation number W50SLF26QA023 in the subject line.

The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. (RFO FAR 52.212-1(d))

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for the requested items as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Evaluation and award will result from the RFQ to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation; meets the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics; and is the lowest price.

Evaluation and award will be based on price.
