NAVFAC NW is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing comprehensive receiving, transfer, and disposal services for large quantities of hazardous and non-hazardous materials primarily representative of NAICS 562111, 562112 and 562212. These materials will be generated from a major, long-term construction project.
- Period of Performance: Expected duration of eight (8) years.

- Upland excavated soils
- Dredge spoils
- Building demolition materials
- Generic construction and demolition (C&D) debris

Estimated Quantities:
- Excavated/Dredged Material: Up to 250,000 Cubic Yards (CY) per year (comprising both hazardous and non-hazardous categories).
- Solid Demolition Material: Up to 30,000 Tons (TN) per year (comprising both hazardous and non-hazardous categories).

Operational & Location Requirements:
- Geographic Region: King, Pierce, Kitsap, or Mason Counties, Washington.
- Logistical Capabilities: The primary receiving/transfer location must feature capable barge access, offloading, and transfer systems to transport materials to a suitable upland disposal site.
- Note: The specific transfer station location will be finalized at a later date.

- Industry Feedback: Any technical questions, clarifications, or feedback regarding the scope or logistics.
