PROJECT TITLE: MOUNT MORRIS DAM BUILDING 304 ROOF REPLACEMENTPROJECT LOCATION: MOUNT MORRIS, NEW YORKTHIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF PROVIDING ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND MATERIALS/SUPPLIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE MOUNT MORRIS DAM BUILDING 304 ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT. A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIRED WORK IS SHOWN IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW).THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD ONE (1) FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT FROM THIS SOLICITATION. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST IS BETWEEN $200,000.00 AND $500,000.00. THE NAICS CODE IS 238160, WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $19M.PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS ARE REQUIRED.THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
