Pursuant to the authorities for limiting competition, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc., 250 Circuit Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852.

This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
