The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of each project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein.

- The Contractor shall provide services for the following tasks marked by an “X”:
[X] Provide a quote and a technical proposal to complete the project as per project requirements. Provide separate estimates for Base and both options.
[X] The contractor shall furnish all the skilled labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to remove/demo old concrete and pour new concrete drainage that is approximately 6ft x 48ft x 6” inches in depth for building #11. The contractor shall furnish, prepare, and install all required landscaping/site work required to prepare the area for concrete. Minimum ½” rebar must be used as to proper code for slabs and any materials necessary. The Contractor shall be responsible for transporting any fill to the jobsite and all compacting and prep work. The Contactor shall pour the drainage to run off towards the north elevation. Contractor to cut in grooves that are to the satisfaction of the COR onsite.
[X] Option 1: Bldg#28 south side: Demo old Concrete pad approximately 25ft. wide by 30ft. in length by 6 inches in depth with all associated landscaping, fill, re-bar and materials and install new concrete pad. Cut groves into the concrete on slopes like currently exists. Reinstall drainpipe and work around pea rock roof
[X] Option 2: Bldg#12 east side: The contractor shall furnish all the skilled labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to remove/demo old concrete sections and pour new concrete ramp that is approximately 28ft. x 90ft x 6” inches in depth. The contractor shall furnish, prepare, and install all required landscaping/site work required to prepare the area for concrete. Minimum ½” rebar must be used as to proper code for slabs and any materials necessary. The Contractor shall be responsible for transporting any fill to the jobsite and all compacting and prep work. The Contactor shall pour the upper ramp elevation area and cut in heavy grooves as presently exist that are to the satisfaction of the COR onsite. Existing railings shall be removed and a new one installed and cemented in with the concrete.
