The required equipment is a high-reach telehandler powered by a turbo diesel engine rated at 160HP or greater, featuring a hydrostatic transmission and 4-wheel steering for maneuverability. The unit must have a rated capacity of 10,000 pounds with a minimum lift height of 75 feet. Maximum load capacity at maximum reach shall be no less than 2,000 pounds. To ensure operational stability, the machine must have an operating weight of 43,000 pounds or greater and be equipped with foam-filled tires.
