Description

The USDB Textiles Warehouse project is an approximate 1,283 SF+/- Office Addition to the south side of an existing 9,350 SF existing metal building warehouse, including a new south side recessed truck dock and adjacent paving. Contractor to provide stamped structural engineered drawings for the building addition and related foundations, existing metal building modifications, and slab, truck dock and retaining walls.



This work may include but is not limited to the following: addition of an approximate 1,280 SF metal building office addition and new recessed truck dock; repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical and fire protection and detection systems; repairs related to building renovation or demolition; interior remodeling work including carpentry, painting, floor and wall covering or finishes. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of managing numerous task orders at the same time, which will require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.
