NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

This is not a request for competitive quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs. Network Contracting Office 12 intends to award a sole source procurement for BD SiteRite 9 Ultrasound Systems and related accessories for Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois.

Description of Requirement:
Two SiteRite 9 Ultrasound Systems
Two Cue Linear Probes
Two Medical Equipment Roll Stands
Two Cue Magnetizers
