The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:

• Title: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Kitchen Equipment Regular Maintenance and Repairs


• Requirement is for comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM), corrective repairs, emergency services, testing, calibration, and technical support for all kitchen and dietary equipment at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC), 4815 N Assembly Street, Spokane WA 99205. This is a new requirement not previously contracted. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and qualified technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all food service equipment.
