This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. All quoters shall submit the following: Full solicitation package in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors located in the solicitation document. All quotes shall be sent to the Contracting Officer, Traci Johannes, at traci.johannes@va.gov. Award will be based upon a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of RFO FAR 12.
