The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation date and answer questions from potential quoters.

Below are questions and answers to questions submitted by a potential quoter.

What equipment is currently in place serving the SD programming?
At the hospital we use Direct TV model # H25-700 receivers.
Do you require that we complete both the Excel pricing sheet and "B.3 Price Cost Schedule (pages 4-7 of the solicitation)?
Yes, please complete both.
With respect to pricing, since the UM is each, the Quantity is the number of drops at that location, and the period of performance is one year, should we assume that the Unit Price is the cost for each drop for the entire year?
The unit price should be the annual cost for each drop for the full one-year period.
