3. Update Solicitation response due date year.

4. Add Attachment 5 - Wage Determination 15-5405 Rev 30.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0016, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
