This is a solicitation for a Material Transfer Vehicle (MTV) rental in accordance with (IAW) all specifications, timelines and other requirements specified in Attachment 1 - SOW dated 2 July 2026

2. Update and incorporate Attachments 1 and 2 dated 2 July 2026.
