The Government requires a mobile ordnance maintenance tool system capable of supporting field and shop-level maintenance operations. The system shall provide a mobile platform for the storage, organization, transportation, and use of maintenance tools and equipment. The unit shall be durable for military maintenance environments and configured to support efficient troubleshooting, repair, and sustainment activities. The required item is AP1001311 ODTool Mobile Monster or equal. Any proposed equal product must meet or exceed all salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics identified in the solicitation.
