5K SECURITY SYSTEMS SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
1.0 Background
The Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) utilizes an electronic security system for surveillance, monitoring, and access control at its facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This system is administered through Lenel-compatible components and requires ongoing maintenance and technological upgrades to ensure operational readiness and mission capability.
2.0 Objective
The primary objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to secure services for the maintenance, and technical refreshment of the existing electronic security system.
3.0 Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201 compliant systems necessary to maintain the Access Control Systems (ACS) and Closed-Circuit Televisions (CCTV). This work includes, but is not limited to:
• Technical refreshment of existing systems.
• System programming, testing, installation, and removal.
• All other affiliated services associated with the electronic security system.
