2. The 140th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Buckley SFB in Colorado has a requirement that will be solicited for warehouse shelving. The 140th Logistics Readiness Squadron requires an individual protective equipment shelving system, this has been reported as a critical safety concern in its current operating platform and needs to be replaced or modified to have a mechanically operated opening and closing system.

Awarding procedures for the prrojected solicitation will go to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation who will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The factors considered will be price, technical, and past performance and an evaluation will be made to determine which vendor based on these factors will provide the best value to the Government.
