  16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off vessel, with 20 feet or more stern quarter ramp door and deck, capable of carrying minimum 78,868 square feet of military cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk) with a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.
