The notional timeline of key events are as follows:




  • Final draft solicitation release: 11/4/2026

  • Pre-Solicitation conference: 11/9/2026

  • Final solicitation release: 11/16/2026

  • Proposal due date Phase 1: 11/19/2026

  • Government notification to proceed to Phase 2: 11/23/2026

  • Proposal due date Phase 2: 12/18/2026

  • Anticipated Award: Late February 2027



Interested parties are encouraged to continue monitoring SAM.gov for solicitation updates, amendments, and additional acquisition-related announcements.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), on behalf of the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer, intends to issue a solicitation to obtain Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity Services (NCCS) 2.0. Attached is a final draft solicitation for the requirement for your review. The resultant contract will be a DHS Department Wide Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.



The notional timeline of key events is as follows:




  • Questions due on final draft solicitation: 9/22/2026

  • Final solicitation release: 10/1/2026

  • Proposal due date Phase 1: 10/6/2026

  • Government notification to proceed to Phase 2: 10/9/2026

  • Proposal due date Phase 2: 10/21/2026

  • Anticipated Award: Late November 2026





Questions and comments are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday September 22, 2026.
