PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, INSURANCE, BONDS, AND SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONVERSION OF B. 504 (LRC) WAREHOUSE TO OFFICE SPACE AT FORT BUCHANAN, PR.THIS IS A RENOVATION PROJECT THAT INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DEMOLITION: ALUMINUM AND GLASS DOORS, FIXED FRAMES WITH GLASS, ALUMINUM WINDOWS, EXISTING METAL COILING DOORS, HOLLOW METAL DOOR AND FRAMES, EXISTING REFLECTING CEILING, GYPSUM BOARD WALLS, RESTROOM. RENOVATION: SEAL WINDOWS AND DOORS OPENINGS, NEW WOOD DOORS AND HOLLOW METAL FRAMES, NEW STORE FRONT COMMERCIAL HOLLOW METAL AND ALUMINUM- GLASS DOORS, INSTALL NEW SINGLE HUNG ALUMINUM AND GLASS WINDOWS, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW DRYWALLS/ CEMENT BOARD, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ACOUSTICAL CEILING, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RESTROOMS (MALE AND FEMALE). ALL WORK WILL BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK.

The scope of work is detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This acquisition is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00.

Period of performance: 210 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).

A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for June 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. All companies interested in attending the site visit must submit the names and relevant identifying information of their designated personnel in advance.
