Kerri Gwinn Harris, principal strategist and consultant, is a veteran learning, leadership development and organizational development leader who brings a documented track record of experience, engagement and empowerment to this practice. Kerri earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Fontbonne University and pursued Doctoral Studies in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Leadership at Capella University. In addition, Kerri served as adjunct faculty in the School of Business at her alma mater Fontbonne University, as well as Lindenwood University and Rasmussen College Online. With more than eleven (11) years learning and development consulting experience and a combined seven (7) years experience within organizations Kerri provides strategic leadership and expertise to this practice.
