Bean is a mediator and facilitator. She: guides leaders to make collaborative decisions; develops dispute resolution systems; conducts issue assessments; consults on management and strategic planning; and does conflict coaching and public outreach.

Martha C Bean is uses graphic facilitation techniques in her work, and is facile with on-line meeting and document management software. Martha's graphic work can be digitally produced or 'hard-copy' depending on the needs of the client and project.
