My business will provide massages to assist with muscle maintenance, relieving job related trigger points; assist the safety staff with developing a healthy ergonomic workstation for employees, to demonstrate, lecture about healthy lifestyle changes.

My business will provide massage table or chair, stretch bands, cream if needed, hot and cold packs. Employees will be given a handout to show a ergonomic healthy workstation and an individualized exercise program.
