Instant Armor is the sole manufacturer and Sole Source Provider for the Tactical Blanket Systems�. The Tactical Blanket Systems� are large, folding ballistic shields in use by Law Enforcement agencies all over the U.S. and Canada.
The Tactical Blanket Systems� are available in two versions: The 1st Responder is our NIJ Threat Level IIIA (handgun) version. The TAC III+ is our NIJ Threat Level III (high-powered rifle) version.
