Bear Machine specializes in prototyping semi-conductor parts & production machining. We have a MIL-SPEC quality control room,we can hold true positon up to .001 & have an Optical Comparator to verify & print out dimensions.
We fabricate test components out of engineered plastics including, Torlon 4203, 5530, Vespel,Semitron, G-10 & G-11 Fiberglass. All parts are 100% inspected using a Starrett AV 868 Optical RAM.
